A Link Education consultant assigned to each school. Our understanding and personal knowledge of our schools and teachers is unique to the rapport built and cannot be written.

We keep close contact with our schools, teachers and support staff, gain feedback and aid development on every assignment so all parties are happy. Where possible teachers that are requested are sent back to aid continuity for the pupils.

Your consultant will personally visit your school to understand your needs, ethos, mutual benefits of working together in the future.
Schools make one phone call – all the work to find a suitably qualified teacher / support staff is done for you by one of our consultants; responded to by an agreed response time.
On-call from 7am-10pm to assist with the emergency sickness cover (we have an up-to-date availability of all our teachers – knowledge cuts down response time).
Fully vetted teachers / support staff are put through a full face to face interview.
We ask all staff to show the schools their applicants copy of the their CRB and Link Education’s ID card on their arrival at school to reiterate security and vetting
Access to Teachers vetting procedures as per OFSTED guidelines

Use of Link Education website schools directory for finding your school details and directions
