Why choose a company for your tutoring requirements?

If you bring a stranger into your home, are you sure they have been fully CRB cleared, referenced, background checked and skilled in what you wish them to teach? 'Safeguarding of Children Act 2002' protects the student, parent, tutor and schools for all breaches of misconduct by any party.

At Link Education we adhere to Safeguarding of Children as well as the DfES Quality Mark standards. The following will also give someone confidence to work with a company instead of 'going it alone' from choosing the right tutor to monitoring progress and learning.

Fully vetted tutors

9 am - 5.30 pm You can contact us to discuss anything in greater detail, we are here for you.

(5.30 - 8 pm) We are available for any out of hours emergency requirements, you can always leave a message and we will return your call at the earliest opportunity.

Subject and age range specific tutors assigned - no one would benefit from trying to be taught from a tutor who was not trained in the skill area.

Knowledge of the education industry for 10 years - understanding location, personalities, skills; which makes for cohesive learning between teacher and learner. These skills are built on our experience.

Tutors / Student progress - contact throughout the assignment and progression with the student is communicted with all parties. We ask all of our tutors to keep a progress and target setting sheet for the student normally over a 10 week tutoring period. We can act as a liaison and possibly work with the schools (where relevant)to transmit this progress through to the lessons for optimum learning.

I have found Link Education informative, professional and fast to respond to problems. My Son has had two tutors since starting both were well suited to him. Jenni, his present tutor is fantastic. She is always on time and flexible, my Son is not well and Jenni has changed her day short notice at times to accommodate hospital/poorly days. Jenni talks to him on his terms and has greatly increased his confidence with both Maths and English. She always give a brief summary on the work each lesson covers and gives constructive feedback to him on any homework.
