TEACHER OF BUSINESS & ECONOMICS - This is an exciting opportunity for a Teacher of Business Studies and Economics, to join a strong department for September 2017.
The post is full-time and applications are invited from NQTs and experienced teachers. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious person to develop their career in a dynamic, supportive, well equipped and academic environment.
The school are seeking:
A creative teacher who can inspire students of high ability at Key Stage 3, GCSE and Advanced level
A candidate with high levels of emotional literacy in and out of the classroom
An individual who can work collaboratively within a team of staff
A person with a love of the subject and an ability to produce resources based on the dynamic economic climate within which they operate
The school is introducing an exciting new programme from September to encourage entrepreneurship across the school and allow all students the opportunity to be entered for an early Level 2 qualification in Business.
They have historically offered Business Studies as an option choice at GCSE and offer A Levels in Business Studies and Economics, both of which are increasingly growing in popularity, therefore ability to teach at A level is essential.
In order to work with Link Education all applicants must:
Be UK qualified or hold a recognised Teaching or Teaching Assistant Qualification
Have previous Experience Teaching the UK National Curriculum
Hold a current and clear DBS or be happy to apply for a new one
Be able to commit to the full duration of the contract
Have a passion for teaching and the ability to inspire all who you teach
