An ambitious and community-focused primary school in Plumstead is seeking to appoint an outstanding Assistant Headteacher to join its senior leadership team.
As part of ongoing strategic planning and a commitment to sustained school improvement, we are looking to strengthen leadership capacity and appoint a highly effective leader who can help shape the next stage of the school’s development.
We are particularly interested in candidates with strong Key Stage 2 leadership experience, especially Year 6 and end-of-key-stage outcomes, although exceptional Key Stage 1 leaders are also encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will join an established leadership team and have the opportunity to shape the role around their strengths, expertise and career aspirations.
