We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work in schools across the Crayford area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children with a range of additional needs, either in specialist SEN settings or on a 1:1 basis within mainstream primary schools.
The Role
The successful candidates will provide tailored support for pupils with:

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Challenging behaviours
-
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
You will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver structured interventions and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Candidate Requirements

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one)

Experience supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

A genuine passion for working with children with additional needs

Punctual, trustworthy, and professional at all times
