The Role

What You’ll Be Doing
✨ Deliver personalised, engaging lessons
✨ Support non-verbal learners using PECS, Makaton, AAC and other strategies
✨ Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment
✨ Collaborate with support staff, therapists and families
✨ Track progress and celebrate every achievement
What We’re Looking For
✔ QTS (or equivalent)
✔ Experience working within SEN settings
✔ Strong background supporting non-verbal students
✔ A patient, resilient and positive approach
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
