The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and inspirational Class Teacher to join this dedicated team. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining high standards of behaviour and achievement, and contributing fully to the wider life of the school and the governing Education Trust.
Key Requirements & Person Specification
- Qualifications: Hold a good honours degree along with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience: Successful teaching experience across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
- Teaching Excellence: An outstanding practitioner with a thorough understanding of the national curriculum, effective assessment strategies, and inclusive teaching practices.
- Character & Ethos: Supportive of the Trust’s Christian ethos, possessing a strong sense of professionalism, a good sense of humour, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Safeguarding: Fully committed to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children (enhanced DBS check required).
