Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse – Swanley

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join one of our nurseries in the Swanley area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about early years education and are looking to develop their childcare career in a supportive and nurturing environment.

The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the daily care and development of children in the setting

• Assisting with feeding, changing, and maintaining hygiene standards

• Engaging children in age-appropriate and stimulating activities

• Contributing to the smooth daily running of the room

• Supporting outdoor play and activities each day

You will be working closely with other staff members to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment for the children.

Candidate Requirements

• A Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent)

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience working with children

• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development

• Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering high-quality care
