Teaching Assistants – Bexleyheath


We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join schools in Bexleyheath and the surrounding areas. We have a variety of roles available for both supply Teaching Assistants and those looking for long-term placements. Our partnerships include a range of mainstream and specialist SEN settings actively seeking support staff to work with children of varying needs and abilities.

Whether you are experienced in working 1:1 with pupils requiring additional support, or confident supporting whole class groups in an SEN environment, we have opportunities to match your skills and preferences.

The Ideal Teaching Assistant:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development

  • Enthusiastic about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where all children can thrive

  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the diverse needs of pupils and staff within the classroom

Teaching Assistant Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children, ideally within an educational or care setting

  • At least 6 months’ experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role

  • A valid enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or willingness to apply for a new check promptly

  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children at all times
