Learning Support Assistant – Dartford

We are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join one of our Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools in Dartford. This is a part-time, long-term position, supporting an individual child with specific SEN requirements.

The school is seeking a caring, resilient, and proactive individual who has experience working with children with additional needs, particularly those with:

• Autism (ASD)

• ADHD

• SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs)

• Challenging behaviour or aggression

• Down Syndrome

Requirements:

• Experience supporting children with SEN (preferably in a school setting)

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply for a new one

• Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, patient nature

• Reliable, consistent, and passionate about supporting vulnerable learners
