Level 2 & Level 3 Nursery Practitioners – Snodland
Link Education Ltd is currently recruiting Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our team and support local nurseries in and around Snodland.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a variety of friendly nursery settings, providing cover for day-to-day, long-term and permanent staffing requirements.

The Successful Candidate Will:
- Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or higher).
- Have a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Create a fun, safe and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Be reliable, professional and committed to delivering high-quality childcare.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or above).
- A minimum of six months’ experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the DBS Update Service, or be willing to obtain one.
- A good understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and child protection procedures.
- The legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
