Teaching Assistants – Maidstone

We are recruiting on behalf of Primary Schools based within the Maidstone area who are looking for General Teaching Assistants for long-term roles. You will be working with children across EYFS to KS2, supporting the class teacher with the everyday running of the classroom. This includes helping all pupils with learning activities, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and occasionally working 1:1 with individual students.

You may also be asked to support small group booster sessions outside the classroom.

Requirements:

  • TA qualification or a degree with at least 6 months of experience working with children

  • Enhanced DBS registered on the update service

  • Reliable and trustworthy

  • Passionate about working with children
