SEN Teaching Assistant – Plumstead
We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our welcoming primary schools in the Plumstead area. This is a long-term, full-time role (5 days per week) providing dedicated support to a pupil with behavioural needs.
The Role:

Provide 1:1 support to a pupil requiring additional help to stay focused and on-task in class

Work closely with teaching staff and the Senior Leadership Team to support the pupil’s development

Assist with behaviour management and encourage positive learning habits
Requirements:
-
A Degree or Teaching Assistant qualification
-
Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
-
A passionate, enthusiastic, and patient approach to supporting pupils
