We are currently seeking passionate, dedicated, and experienced Supply Primary School Teachers to join a variety of welcoming and supportive schools in the Gravesend area. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who thrive in a dynamic and nurturing environment and want to make a real difference in the lives of young learners. Successful candidates will have experience teaching across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, demonstrating a strong understanding of the full primary curriculum and the developmental needs of children aged 3 to 11 years.
You will be expected to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a love of learning. The role will involve full teaching responsibilities including planning, preparation, assessment, and contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture. - The role:
- Delivering engaging lessons across a range of year groups.
- Ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Taking on additional responsibilities when required (with increased pay).
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
- Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt to new environments.
- Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
