We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Welling area from January 2026 until the end of the academic year.

The role:

• Full-time teaching responsibilities for a Year 4 class.
• Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
• Assessing, tracking, and supporting pupil progress.
• Creating an inclusive, positive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Working closely with colleagues and parents to ensure every child thrives.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment framework.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment to pupil development.
