Room Leader – Toddler Room – Bromley

We are currently hiring experienced Nursery Toddler Room Leaders to join one of our a very popular nurseries with a lovely management, in the Bromley area.

This nursery is seeking a confident, caring and experienced Toddler Room Leader, to join their team of Early Years practitioners and should be skilled in and dedicated to infant & toddler handling.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the room, supporting the other nursery practitioners and planning / monitoring the activities.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking to work with qualified individuals who have:

  • Degree-level education or a minimum level 3 qualification.
  • Passion for working with children and creating a fun, safe and stimulating environment for children
  • Up to date paediatric first aid / safeguarding training (desirable)
  • Strong experience caring for children

Candidate Requirements

  • Must have a valid, Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or, willing to apply for a new certificate
  • Professional, reliable and punctual.
  • Minimum level 3 qualification in Early Years / Child Development and we will need to see a copy of your qualification / certificate.
  • Good knowledge room management and team management.
  • Strong UK-based childcare experience in the UK and a confident understanding of safeguarding.
