Primary Teacher – Biggin Hill

We are currently working with Primary Schools in and around Biggin Hill.

These schools are currently seeking a full time enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher who will be an outstanding classroom practitioner, who will strive to find ways to deliver the curriculum that both they and the children enjoy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a safe, organised and stimulating environment that fosters curiosity, independence and celebrates pupils’ achievements.
• Supporting and taking responsibility for the progress of all pupils in the class.
• Set clear targets for pupils’ learning, building on prior attainment, and ensuring pupils are aware of the substance and purpose of what they are asked to do
• To adhere to all school Safeguarding policies and procedure and to be familiar with and support the aims, ethos and policies of the school
• Work closely with parents and carers for the benefit of the children
• Ensure that the current national conditions of employment for unqualified school teachers are met

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching within a primary school
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a positive learning environment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
