KS2 Class Teacher – Erith
We are working in close partnership with a warm, inclusive, and forward-thinking primary school in Erith, currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join their team from September. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to begin their teaching career in a supportive environment that truly values staff and pupil development.
Key Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for a KS2 class (year group to be confirmed based on experience and school needs)

Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum

Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, using data to inform future planning and support
-
Foster strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents to support children’s holistic development
-
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued
-
Contribute to the wider school community and participate in school initiatives, events, and extra-curricular activities
Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, or strong KS1 experience with the confidence to transition
-
A genuine passion for education and the ability to inspire young learners

High expectations for all pupils and a commitment to ensuring every child reaches their full potential

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a dynamic teaching team
