Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, stimulating classroom that encourages curiosity and independence

• Take full responsibility for the academic progress of all pupils in your class

• Set clear, achievable learning targets based on prior attainment

• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers to support holistic development

• Uphold and actively contribute to school safeguarding procedures, ethos, and policies

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• Proven experience teaching in a UK primary school (KS2 experience preferred)

• Excellent classroom management skills and a firm commitment to high expectations

• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum

• Confident communication and the ability to foster positive relationships
