Nursery Assistants – Dartford

We are now recruiting for Nursery Assistants for our lovely nurseries in and around Dartford. Successful candidates will be passionate about working with children in EYFS, and keen to start straight away!

You should be happy to work together with the Nursery Nurse and the rest of the team, to assist with the successful running of a safe and happy setting. Candidates should also be willing to work in, and around, Dartford.

Your role will include:

  • Working with the Nursery Nurse to plan and prepare activities.
  • The care and supervision of all children in the nursery.
  • The preparation, care, cleanliness and maintenance of the playrooms and equipment.
  • Being a role model for students and new staff.
  • Supervision of meals and mealtimes, and where appropriate, preparation of babies, bottles and laundry duties.
  • Participating in regular parents evenings and children’s outings.
  • Working together with other colleagues as part of a team.
  • Offering all children in the setting equal opportunities.
