Nursery Practitioners – Kent
We are currently recruiting Nursery Assistants on behalf of multiple welcoming and well-established nurseries across Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a genuine passion for early years education and a desire to support young children in their learning and development.
These full-time positions involve working as part of a dedicated team to help ensure the nursery runs smoothly and provides a fun, stimulating, and safe environment for all children.
The Role:

Support the daily running of the nursery across all age groups

Assist with activities that promote development and learning through play
-
Help with mealtimes, nappy changing, and personal care routines
-
Ensure the nursery environment is clean, safe, and welcoming

Spend time outdoors with the children each day, encouraging physical activity and exploration
Requirements:
-
A minimum of 6 months’ experience working in a nursery or childminding setting
-
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

Passionate about working with children and supporting their development

Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining a high standard of care
