Nursery Practitioners – Kent

We are currently recruiting Nursery Assistants on behalf of multiple welcoming and well-established nurseries across Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a genuine passion for early years education and a desire to support young children in their learning and development.

These full-time positions involve working as part of a dedicated team to help ensure the nursery runs smoothly and provides a fun, stimulating, and safe environment for all children.

The Role:

  • Support the daily running of the nursery across all age groups

  • Assist with activities that promote development and learning through play

  • Help with mealtimes, nappy changing, and personal care routines

  • Ensure the nursery environment is clean, safe, and welcoming

  • Spend time outdoors with the children each day, encouraging physical activity and exploration

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months’ experience working in a nursery or childminding setting

  • A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

  • Passionate about working with children and supporting their development

  • Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining a high standard of care

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be caring, enthusiastic, and proactive

  • Have a strong understanding of the importance of early years development

  • Be a positive role model and team player

  • Be keen to progress their career within the childcare sector
