Working Pattern: 4 days per week
- Fixed days: Monday & Tuesday
- Additional days: 2 further days per week (to be agreed with the successful candidate)
Role Overview
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Swanley, Kent. This is a part-time, fixed-term role focused solely on class teaching responsibilities, with no additional leadership or whole-school responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to a Year 4 class, ensuring all pupils are supported and challenged to achieve their full potential.
Desirable:
- Experience teaching Year 4 specifically
- Knowledge of effective assessment and tracking strategies
- Experience working within a primary school setting in the UK
Pay & Benefits
- £160 per day (PAYE)
- This rate is broadly equivalent to approximately £185 per day via an umbrella model (for comparison purposes only).
Additional Information
- This is a fixed-term position running from 27th April to 17th July
- The role is part-time (4 days per week), with flexibility on two of the working days
- Suitable for experienced teachers or confident early career teachers
