Nursery Practitioner – Peckham

We are working closely with a lovely nursery in Peckham that is currently searching for a confident and caring Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team.

The nursery aims to complete the interview process within the next few weeks. If you are passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their lives, this is an opportunity you don’t want to miss!

The Ideal Nursery Practitioner

  • A genuine passion for working with children and creating a fun, safe, and stimulating environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Good experience caring for children in a nursery setting

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team

Candidate Requirements

  • Relevant Level 2 (or higher) qualification in Childcare

  • At least 6 months’ experience working with children as a Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse

  • Valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new certificate

  • Solid understanding of safeguarding practices in early years settings

  • First Aid qualification (preferred but not essential)
