Secondary Cover Supervisors – Bromley

Locations: Bromley, Beckenham, Orpington, Chislehurst, Swanley and Surrounding areas.

We are seeking experienced Cover Supervisors for day-to-day supply work across secondary schools in Bromley and surrounding areas.

Cover Supervisor: Role Overview

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver lessons and lead classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and tasks align with the curriculum. You will also collaborate with class teachers and teaching assistants to maintain a positive learning environment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about education and creating a safe, stimulating environment
  • Confident in delivering lessons and managing the classroom
  • Strong knowledge of the curriculum
  • A QTS is not required, but relevant educational qualifications are desirable

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven classroom experience
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
  • Professional, reliable, and punctual
  • Understanding of safeguarding in secondary schools
