Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned lessons effectively in the absence of the regular teacher

• Develop and implement engaging teaching materials, including practical activities and experiments where applicable

• Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

• Manage student behaviour and ensure a positive classroom atmosphere

• Adapt quickly to different school environments and curriculum requirements

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience delivering lessons across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5

• Demonstrated success in achieving strong student outcomes

• Experience or the potential to lead and inspire within a department

• Degree-level education preferred
