Vacancy Title: Day Cover Teachers – Urgently Needed

Vacancy Overview:
Link Education is seeking inspiring and exceptional Cover Teachers to join our team, providing cover across schools in the Bromley, Sidcup, Dartford, and Crystal Palace areas. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated teachers to support schools on a day-to-day basis with the potential for longer-term assignments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned lessons effectively in the absence of the regular teacher

• Develop and implement engaging teaching materials, including practical activities and experiments where applicable

• Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

• Manage student behaviour and ensure a positive classroom atmosphere

• Adapt quickly to different school environments and curriculum requirements

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience delivering lessons across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5

• Demonstrated success in achieving strong student outcomes

• Experience or the potential to lead and inspire within a department

• Degree-level education preferred
