Our Bromley secondary school client is currently seeking an inspiring and experienced English Teacher for KS4 & KS5

You will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and contribute to the ongoing development of the English curriculum.

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
  • Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
  • Assess, track, and report on student progress.
  • Develop and implement engaging teaching materials and practical experiments.
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the English department.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience of delivering English at KS3, KS4 and A Level
  • Proven track record of strong student outcomes
  • Experience or potential to lead and inspire a department
  • Degree educated
