General Cover Teacher – KS3 & KS4 – Sevenoaks/Biggin Hill

We are seeking reliable and flexible General Cover Teachers to work day-to-day across a variety of secondary schools in the Sevenoaks/Biggin Hill areas.

As per the Cover Teacher duties this could mean covering a range of subjects in the day, from English to Maths and any of the Sciences

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality science lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
• Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
• Assess, track, and report on student progress.
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the science department.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience of delivering subjects at KS3, KS4 and A Level
• Proven track record of strong student outcomes
• Experience or potential to lead and inspire a department
• Degree educated
