Year 5 Teacher – Maternity Cover (Full Time) – Bromley
Link Education are currently recruiting for a Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Bromley on a maternity cover basis for the remainder of the academic year.
This is a full-time position (5 days per week) and the successful candidate will be expected to take on the full classroom teacher role, including planning, preparation, marking, assessments and participation in staff meetings and school events.
The Role:
- Teaching a Year 5 class
- Full teaching responsibilities – planning, marking and reporting
- Working closely with SLT and parallel year group staff
- Commitment required for the rest of the academic year
- Start date: ASAP / as agreed
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Have recent experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 5
- Be confident delivering the full national curriculum
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
- Be reliable and able to commit to 5 days per week
