The Role

We are currently recruiting for supply teachers to join our growing team of highly skilled teachers providing emergency cover to schools in the local area! We focus on providing schools in the very immediate area with the best short-term solutions to their cover needs. Our team of supply teachers are highly adaptable and are able to throw themselves into multiple situations through the week to ensure the pupils do not suffer loss of learning due to staff absence. Should you wish to teach 1 day per week all the way up to 5 days per week we will find you as much or as little work as you’d like!

Our Schools

We work with many schools in the area ranging from smaller community 1 form schools to large 4 form entry schools that form significant parts of multi academy trusts. No matter what your preference is we will be able to find you work in schools that you want to work in!

Pay & Benefits

Our teachers are paid fairly for the essential work they do! Daily rates range from £130 all the way to £170 per day dependant on experience. All staff have access to our pension scheme and have holiday pay built in to the daily rate allowing you to set aside some pay to cover any weeks where there is less work. Secondary Cover Supervisors – Crowborough

Link Education are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors in the Crowborough Area.

We are looking for experienced Cover Supervisors, who are looking to work day to day supply across Secondary Schools. The role will be across a mix of Schools in Crowborough and surrounding areas.

All Cover Supervisors will be expected to deliver the lessons planned by the substantive member of staff. This could be across any year groups in KS3 and KS4.

Requirements:

  • An individual passion for working with children
  • Passionate about creating fun, safe and stimulating lessons
  • A valid enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new certificate.

Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Eltham

Link Education are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join one of our lovely primary schools in Eltham. The school require an experienced member of staff to provide 1:1 learning support for a student in KS1 who is struggling with attachment issues. This is a full time role to begin asap.

The school have requested a staff member who has a softer, patient and nurturing approach to supporting learning. The school have disclosed the child’s behaviour will display as challenging to begin with, but will improve greatly as the child bonds with their LSA. Patience, understanding and compassion are very important for this role. Some experience working with ASD children would be useful but not essential. The ability to develop a positive working relationship with the child is the main focus in order to support their learning experience.
