Level 2 Nursery Practitioner – Beckenham
Link Education is currently recruiting qualified Level 2 and above Nursery Practitioners to join our team, supporting a range of local nurseries with staff cover on a flexible, temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in different settings while choosing the days that work best for you.
About the Role:
You will be working across several local nurseries, helping to cover staff shortages on both a day-to-day and longer-term basis. As an agency practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting children with learning and development through play and structured activities

Assisting with mealtimes, nappy changing, and toileting

Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

Collaborating with permanent nursery staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Working hours are typically between 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, but you have the flexibility to choose your preferred days and availability.
Requirements:

Level 2 or above qualification in Childcare

Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willing to apply for one

A reliable, positive, and proactive attitude

A passion for working with children in early years settings
