Nursery Practitioner – Southwark
We are working closely with a lovely nursery in Southwark that is currently expanding their team and seeking passionate, knowledgeable Early Years Practitioners.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a day nursery setting. This temporary role offers flexibility, as the nursery is open to placing you in the room that best suits your skills and strengths.
The Ideal Nursery Practitioner:

A genuine passion for working with children and creating a fun, safe, and stimulating environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Solid experience caring for children in an early years setting

Ability to work well as part of a supportive team
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 6 months’ experience working with children as a Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse

Valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new certificate

Good understanding of safeguarding practices in a nursery environment

First Aid qualification (preferred but not essential)
