Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Early Years
Salary £21K – £28K – Uncapped commission
Link Education are Education Recruitment Specialists providing a service to Nursery, Primary, Secondary and SEN settings across the South East.
An excellent opportunity has become available to join our expanding team at Link Education and be trained to be a Recruitment Consultant.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained in providing teacher, teaching assistants and school support staff on short-term and long-term assignments as well as permanent placements to schools. You will manage the process from end to end as a trainee 360 consultant.
As a Trainee Consultant you will be:
- Resourcing suitable candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies
- Advertising new jobs on a variety of platforms
- Searching for suitable candidates on job boards
- Screening candidates in regard to their relevant skills, qualifications, availability, location and salary expectations
- Providing administrative support for the full recruitment process
- Talking to clients in order to become aware of needs
We are looking for someone who has:
- An ability to think on your feet and work quickly but efficiently under pressure
- To be confident in building long standing relationships with clients and candidates to ensure that your desk moves in the right direction
- The right mindset – honest and flexible with the determination to succeed and to enjoy working to structured goals and targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

This is a trainee 360 recruitment role where you will liaise with clients and candidates on a daily basis and our highly experienced team will provide you with support and training.
You will need to have enthusiasm for recruitment with passion, ambition and a strong desire to succeed.
