Geography Teacher – Bromley
We are recruiting on behalf of one of our schools within the Bromley area who are currently looking to appoint a dedicated and inspiring Teacher of Geography. This role would be a long-term position from January 2025 to the February Half-Term.
Within our clients school, they aim to hook children as learners through innovative and exciting approaches to teaching and learning from Nursery right through to Year 8. You will join a dedicated team of teachers and staff supporting their excellent students.

Your key responsibilities:
- To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate.
- To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher
- To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential
- To contribute to raising standards of student attainment

Requirements:
- Hold QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree.
- Have successful teaching experience at KS2 level.
- Have knowledge of National Curriculum requirements and of writing lesson plans, developing resources and assessing students’ work.
- A genuine passion for working with children and enjoy working in a school environment.
- Punctual, trustworthy and can work as part of a team and to develop and maintain positive relationships with all staff
