The Ideal Nursery Practitioner Will Have:

A genuine passion for working with children and creating a fun, safe, and stimulating learning environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Good hands-on experience caring for young children

The ability to work effectively as part of a team, following direction and supporting colleagues
Candidate Requirements:

A relevant Level 2 or higher qualification in Childcare

A minimum of 6 months’ experience working in a nursery setting as a Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse

A valid, Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one)

A clear understanding of the importance of safeguarding in a childcare environment

Paediatric First Aid qualification (preferred but not essential)
